There's more to discover at our Eco Market than shopping! Though shopping to support local businesses is pretty sweet. 😏

Come out and join us Saturday, September 26th for a day of local vendors, practitioners, connection, and opportunities to slow down and enjoy the space. 🌬

🛍 ARRIVE EARLY!
The first 25 attendees will receive a swag bag filled with goodies from our amazing vendors. 🤩

🎟️ $5 admission includes a ballot for our 3 PM gift basket draw, with a portion of proceeds supporting the Sienna for Seniors Foundation. 🧺💝

Here's a peek at what's happening throughout the day:

☕ 11 AM — Cacao Workshop with Ariane Couture~
Our returning vendor Ariane will begin the day with A Sacred Cup of Connection — exploring ceremonial cacao, its traditional use, and inner connection. 💚

🕊️ Gentle Meditation Room — All Day
A quiet space to pause, breathe, and ease your mind with a calming playlist of soft instrumental and ambient soundscapes will be occurring throughout the day. 🎵

🌙 1 PM — Guided Meditation- The Art of Letting Go~
Maryse Ramage will be leading a guided experience centred around letting go of what no longer serves you. ☮️

🌿 2 PM — Talk on Nature as a Teacher with Ryleigh Morales Orozco~ How to listen to the Wisdom of the Living World through exploring the lessons it offers about patience, resilience, and growth.

🎁 3 PM — Gift Basket Draw
Make sure your ballot is in before the draw! 🥰

🛍️ 3–4 PM — Up to 25% Off Select Items
Stay for the final hour and enjoy special discounts from participating vendors.

Meet Catherine, healer, teacher, and founder of Earth Medicine Aki Mashkiki, offering low-barrier healing tools to help you restore balance and walk in a good way with all. 👣

You’ll find holistic skincare and plant medicines made with love, energy, and intention, along with teachings and coaching services. 🌱

Catherine is a healer and teacher with experience in many different healing modalities. She has spent over the past 10+ years training to be a Reiki Master, Celtic Shamanic Practitioner, Herbalist, Sound Healer, and more recently, turning back to her Ancestral Ojibway Teachings.

After experiencing a life-altering injury that she was not supposed to recover from, Catherine began to restore balance within herself and felt called to share her gifts on a larger scale.

This journey led her to found Earth Medicine Aki Mashkiki, a business dedicated to creating natural body care and plant medicines while offering teachings and coaching services.

She believes each moment is a divine gift and loves helping others live in a love and reciprocity with all. ✨
