Hockey season is here… which means it’s time for that dreaded search for a needle and thread to sew on those name bars! 😅

Let me take that job off your hands — while you help support a great local cause. ❤️

From September 15 to October 31, 2026, I’ll once again be donating 50% of my proceeds from name bar sewing to Rock Out 4 Jack which supports the care of a medically fragile child and his family in Stittsville, ON.

🎸 Last year, together we donated $1,156 to Jack’s cause!

Let’s see if we can beat that this year! 🙌

🏒 PRICING

• House League: $5 per name bar

• Competitive: $7 per name bar

• Sponsorship bars: $5 each

• Teams of 10+ pairs of jerseys: 20% discount

I sew the name bars by machine, taking care to minimize damage to the jersey and make the bars as easy as possible to remove at the end of the season.

HOW IT WORKS

1️⃣ Make sure your jerseys are clean.

For public health reasons, I cannot sew dirty garments on my machines.

2️⃣ Text me at 613-355-6225 to confirm availability and get drop-off instructions.

3️⃣ Let me know if you have any specific placement instructions.

Unless otherwise requested, name bars will be centred at the top of the jersey and sponsorship bars will be centred at the bottom.

4️⃣ Turnaround is generally 48 hours or less.

I’ll do my best to get you back on the ice quickly!

5️⃣ I’ll text you when your jerseys are ready with payment and pickup instructions.

⚠️ Please note: This service is subject to my availability, and I tend to fill up quickly — especially as the season gets underway. If you know you’ll need name bars sewn, don’t wait until the last minute!

Jack lives with CHARGE Syndrome, epilepsy, severe autism, deafblindness and significant medical complexity.

He has endured 21 surgeries, spent more than two years at CHEO and requires around-the-clock care. After living with a tracheostomy since he was 10 months old, Jack was recently decannulated—𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆! 💙

Jack’s dad, Greg, is also battling aggressive cancer, while his mom remains his full-time caregiver. Rock Out 4 Jack is not a registered charity, but a family-led effort to help protect Jack’s future and provide the things he needs to thrive.
