Grab your riding buddies and get ready to join us on October 18 for an unforgettable fall day supporting Chapman House!

From the excitement of the morning Barrel Jackpot to the beautiful afternoon Leisure Fall Trail Ride, there is something for every rider to enjoy. The fun will continue with live music, a potluck social, and prizes for our top fundraisers! 🎶🥘🏆

💕✨ The rain cleared just in time for Cobble Beach first annual Women’s Members Pretty in Pink Golf Tournament! We’re thrilled to announce that the Grey Bruce Hospice Foundation is honored to be the recipient of the proceeds raised from this incredible event.

With less than 50% of our funding coming from the government, events like these are essential for the ongoing operations of Chapman House. There is no cost to receive care at Chapman House, and your support makes a world of difference.

Grey Bruce Hospice is offering a FREE 8-week Grief Support Group, providing a welcoming and supportive space to connect with others, share experiences, and explore the many emotions and changes that can come with grief.
