Tayah joins us as a recent graduate at the University of Guelph in Biological Sciences, with the hopes of furthering her studies in Physiotherapy.

Tayah will be assisting at the desk, with classes and doing some shadowing in appointments.

To kick off Mental Health week we had Stephanie from Connect Rehabilitation join our Healthy baby group to walk us through some stretches and simple yoga poses to help with our postpartum journey. Taking care of yourself, both mentally and physically, is one of the most important things you can do for yourself as a new mom. This will help you have the energy you need to take care of your baby.
