RMT PTBO is a massage therapy clinic providing professional, safe, and effective treatment through a clinical approach. We offer Registered Massage Therapy to help address our clients' physical pain and discomfort. We also pride ourselves on our referrals - if our clients need a service that we do not offer on-site, we refer out to other professionals that we trust in the area. We direct bill our clients, and offer online booking for their convenience.

Jumping back into an active hobby after a long break can increase the risk of pain or injury.

Whether patients are spending the day in the garden, heading out for a family bike ride, or getting back on the tennis court, preparation and recovery strategies can help them enjoy these activities more comfortably and reduce the risk of injury.

Today our RMT PTBO family enjoyed an amazing 2 hour experience of mindfulness guided meditation. The ladies at Now and Collective treated us to Nidra Yoga, Reiki and an immersive sound bath. With chocolate covered strawberries and warm tea at the end, we all enjoyed our shared experience. What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon of bonding. (Missing two of our staples to our family; Keelan and Joanne 😞).
