People have a laundry-list of problems, until they have a health problem, then they have 1 problem!
Why do we wait for things to go wrong before we fix them?
Part of living a Proactive lifestyle is addressing small things before they become big things.
What may start as an ache or a pain can develop into something more severe if it’s left alone or not addressed in the first place.
We encourage all our patients to be PROACTIVE in how they live their life. That could be something as simple as walking everyday, or it could be booking an appointment to address that nagging issue you’ve had for a few weeks now.
Remember, doing something, regardless of how much, is better than doing nothing!
