If you are experiencing p***c symphysis pain while sitting, give this tip a try:

Place a ball, water bottle, or your thermal coffee mug between your legs and hold it. This will help keep your knees closer together, activating your adductors and deep core. Not only will this help bring stability to the joint, but it will also help provide better muscle balance around your pelvis which can help decrease low back pain while sitting!
