We’re pleased to announce that Smithwick’s Physiotherapy has transitioned to a new clinic management system that will allow patients to conveniently book appointments online.
This upgrade is part of our ongoing commitment to improving your experience and making it easier to access the care you need, when you need it.
Online booking will provide:

✅ Easy access to available appointment times
✅ A more convenient booking experience
✅ See past and future appointments at a glance
✅ Ability to print off appointment receipts
IMPORTANT for EXISTING PATIENTS:
If you’ve visited our clinic before, please do not create a new account. You will already have a profile in our system.
Simply email us at [email protected] with the email address you’d like linked to your account, and we’ll update your file and send you an invitation to access your existing profile online.
Creating a new account may result in duplicate records which won’t have any past appointments linked to it, so if you’re unsure whether you’ve been here before, just reach out and we’ll be happy to help.
