This week is about stress.

What it actually looks like day to day - not just the big stuff, but how it shows up in your mood, your reactions, your energy.

We’re talking about:
• where stress is showing up right now
• how a lot of us keep it together out there and dump it at home
• and the habit of trying to deal with everything on our own
Most guys are used to just pushing through it and that’s part of the problem.

We’ll be sharing the next cohort soon. Sessions start this fall.

Session 6 of 8.

This week, we’re diving into something that shapes us more than we realize: the impact of father figures.

We’re talking about:
- How our upbringing influences the way we show up today
- The patterns we carry (often without realizing it)
- And how awareness gives us the chance to choose something different

We’re grateful for the trust in these rooms.

We’ll be announcing our next cohort in the coming weeks, with sessions beginning this spring.

Because of supporters like , we’re able to continue providing meaningful mental health support in our community.

Their $2,500 donation is going directly toward helping us sustain and grow the work we do every day.

We’re so thankful for their ongoing belief in this mission 💙

We’re in the middle of something special.

This week we talked about loneliness - not as weakness, but as a biological signal that something important is missing: connection.

We dug into:
• The difference between isolation and true solitude
• Why vulnerability is the currency of connection
• How attachment styles show up in our relationships
• And what it actually looks like to build secure, healthy connection

Every group is now full and the conversations happening in these rooms are real, honest, and powerful.

New sessions will be announced this spring.

If this resonates with you, stay tuned. 👊

A lot of men receive support. They just don’t always talk about it.

And while many are receiving support, even more men need it - especially during the winter months.

Choosing to get help doesn’t mean you’re weak. It takes courage to show up.

If winter feels heavier, this is a place to work through it instead of pushing through alone.

There’s room for you at the Brotherhood. Join us.

You don’t have to be at your breaking point to ask for support.

This group isn’t just for men in crisis — it’s for men who are:
• carrying a lot
• feeling burnt out
• struggling quietly
• trying to get through winter without doing it all alone

Support isn’t a last resort. It’s a way to stay steady.

Group A is already nearly full, but two groups still have space.

If you’ve been thinking about it, this is your sign.
Register now and join us this winter. Link in bio.
