Physiotherapy is about more than treating an area that hurts. 💙

It’s about understanding how your body is moving, what may be contributing to your symptoms, and what you can do to feel more comfortable and confident in your everyday life.
Your treatment may include hands-on techniques, targeted exercises, movement retraining, education, or a combination of approaches—always tailored to you and your goals.

At Vangool Wellness, we take the time to understand the bigger picture and create a plan that fits your needs. 🌿

Because better movement starts with the right support.

Living with Multiple Sclerosis can bring changes to the way the body moves, but that doesn't mean movement has to stop. 💙

MS can affect balance, strength, coordination, walking, mobility, and energy levels—and these changes can look different from person to person.

Physiotherapy can help support the things that matter in everyday life, whether that's:
🚶 Walking with greater confidence
⚖️ Improving balance and coordination
💪 Maintaining strength and mobility
🌿 Finding ways to manage fatigue
🎯 Staying involved in meaningful activities

At Vangool Wellness, rehabilitation is individualized to each person's abilities, symptoms, and goals. The focus isn't simply on completing exercises, it's on helping each person move safely and confidently while maintaining independence.

Progress with MS doesn't always mean doing more. Sometimes, it's about finding ways to keep doing the things that matter most. ✨

If you or someone you care about is living with MS, our team is here to support your movement journey.

Your massage should be about more than just where you feel tension. 💛

At Vangool Wellness, your first visit starts with a little conversation and a brief assessment before hands-on treatment.

It gives your therapist a chance to understand you, your history, and what your body needs — so your treatment can be tailored to you.

And as your needs change, your treatment can change with you.

Osteoporosis ≠ stop moving. 🦴

One of the biggest misconceptions I hear is that people with osteoporosis need to avoid impact altogether. However, our bones respond to mechanical loading, and appropriately prescribed weight-bearing, resistance and impact exercise can be valuable components of a bone-health program.

But more impact isn’t necessarily better.

The right exercise depends on the individual — including fracture history, bone health, strength, balance, movement confidence and current activity level.

You don’t have to go from zero to jumping.

You can start with an appropriate level of loading and progressively build from there.

Lower back pain is common, but it doesn't always have a single cause.

Discomfort in the lower back can be related to muscles, joints, discs, the sacroiliac (SI) joint, or other factors that influence how the body moves and responds to pain. That's why two people with similar symptoms may benefit from different treatment approaches.

A physiotherapy assessment helps identify the factors that may be contributing to your symptoms so care can be tailored to your individual needs, goals, and lifestyle.

Treatment may focus on improving mobility, building strength, restoring confidence in movement, and supporting long-term function.

🌿 Understanding what's contributing to back pain is an important first step toward finding the right approach to care.
