Tuesdays are intense. It’s class after class after class. And then private clients!
But the classes are small since we subscribe to the notion that Pilates is about the details: form, biomechanics and rooted in a systematic framework. So we gotta offer many classes. Because they fill up quickly. Because they’re small. And when they fill up totally we add more classes to the schedule!
And we teach on many forms of the classical equipment so you can feel all the exercises in multiple modalities.
Soon to come: online matwork on Wednesday mornings starting in June. We already offer this on Sundays!
