CVAP counselling is for more than just physical assault survivors. 💙 If you or a family member has experienced any crime involving violence in BC, including sexual assault, stalking, domestic violence, robbery, or witnessing violent crime, you may be eligible for CVAP-funded therapy. The program is designed to remove the financial barrier so that survivors can access professional support without worrying about cost. Charting Pathways offers direct CVAP billing in Vancouver.

Progress can look like resting when you need to restore, resisting when you need to protect yourself, reaching out when you're ready for support, or even retreating when overwhelm hits.

There's no single path, no perfect trajectory, no timeline you're supposed to follow. Some days you'll feel strong, other days you'll struggle, and both are part of the journey. Non-linear doesn't mean not working.
