Rebound Therapy

Rebound Therapy I believe most things can be treated through manual therapy in deep and meaningful ways.

Pain is an opportunity for change, and finding the right treatment can change your health permanently. Since 2005, I have run a private practice treating clients as young as newborns to seniors. I am passionate about bringing healing to my patients and when I’m not spending time with my husband and two sons, I am dedicating myself to expanding my education to better understand my client’s needs and best methods of treatment. Presently, I am a student at the National Academy of Osteopathy and am working towards my thesis in fertility. I currently specialize in treating concussions using Craniosacral Therapy at Inklein Health Klinic in Vaughan. My enthusiasm for learning has led me to over 12 years of study in Osteopathic Manual Techniques, carrying certificates from Upledger Institute and the Barral Institute, a Bachelor with Specialized Honours in Kinesiology & Health Sciences and a Certification in Athletic Therapy. These manual techniques treat the whole body to remove pain, improve overall wellness and remove restriction in various forms and in all areas of the body increasing mobilty, correcting alignment and restoring health. I want my clients to understand that blockages or restrictions can come in all forms: they can be physical, emotional, mental and even spiritual. It is because of these blockages that we have a hard time feeling our best and staying healthy and happy.

As part of my Kriyayoga practice, we begin every meditation with the Standing Recharging.

It’s a series of 42 simple movements, performed comfortably and naturally. That's all, and it can help in infinite ways!
Here, as in the YouTube video, it is guided and demonstrated by Guruji Yogi Satyam 💫🙏🏼

A daily practice can be very beneficial. It doesn’t have to be vigorous, even a few minutes of movement and awareness can help.

If anyone would like to try the practice, just message me and I’ll happily send you the guided YouTube video so you can follow along from 1 to 42.

There are some journeys that take years to arrive 🙏✨

This summer, I was finally blessed with the opportunity to travel to India and spend time at my Guru’s ashram, a journey that had been in the works for more than 15 years.

My purpose in going was not simply to travel, but to return, to realign myself with my spiritual practice, reconnect with my Guru, feel the vibrations of the ashram, and once again be in the presence of our beautiful congregation.

Being there was deeply humbling and incredibly meaningful. To step onto the grounds I had dreamed of visiting for so many years, to practice, to be still, and to simply be in that energy was a blessing I will carry with me.

I feel deeply honoured and grateful to have finally made this journey. Sometimes, the path takes longer than we expect, but when the time is right, the door opens. 🙏🕉️✨ Please listen to our divine Meeramata give a very short explanation of the true meaning of finding a true Guru.

Grateful beyond words. ❤️

There’s a language the body speaks long before symptoms.
In Cranial Sacral Therapy and Osteopathy, we learn to listen to the deeper patterns, the holding patterns stored within tissues, the nervous system, the brain, and the spinal cord.

Sometimes these patterns are physical.
Sometimes emotional.
Sometimes generations old.

With skilled hands, deep presence, and gentle correction, the body begins to shift from protection into possibility.

Real healing often happens in the subtle moments:
the softening of tension,
the release of restriction,
the nervous system moving into rest.

This work is about listening beyond words.
Feeling beyond structure.
Supporting the body’s innate intelligence to restore balance from within.

The quieter the approach,
the deeper the response.

I am completed an advanced course in Florida with the Barral Institute at the Upledger Institute in Palm Beach 🌴💛☀️

The course is called Advanced Urogenital Manipulation, with lots of attention on the treatment of women and women’s health!!

Continuing to learn and refine these gentle manual therapy techniques allows me to support my clients with greater care and intention.I’m grateful for the opportunity to keep growing in my work and to thoughtfully integrate this learning into my practice 🙏🏼

🌑🌞✨ Walking Between Worlds:
Eclipse, Equinox & the Sacred threshold

Over the next few days, we are moving through an incredibly potent cosmic triad:
🌑 a New Moon,
🌞 a Solar Eclipse,
🌍 and the Equinox — the perfect balance of day and night.

These alignments are not just celestial events — they are invitations. Portals. Moments when the veil thins and we are asked to walk with intention.

Just as in Japanese tradition, one passes through a Torii gate to mark the boundary between the ordinary and the sacred, these cosmic events are a spiritual threshold. A shift in realms. 🌸 In Zen Buddhism walking through a sanmon is a metaphor for entering a deeper awareness — a gateway to awakening. A symbolic entrance into enlightenment, leaving behind ignorance and attachment.

As you move through these days, imagine yourself entering sacred ground — like stepping beneath a Torii gate. Pause in presence. Feel the energies. Walk forward with reverence and consider how you can purify your mind, heart, and energy before moving forward.

🕊️ Ritual for the Days Ahead:

1. Energetic Cleansing – through water, smoke, or intention. Cleanse your space, your body, your aura.

2. Reflect in Stillness – Ask: What am I releasing? What am I ready to receive?

3. Anchor in the Sacred – light a candle, build an altar, or simply stand beneath the sky with a prayer of devotion.

4. Cross the Gate – choose to walk forward into a new chapter of your path with clarity, humility, and soul.

Let this be your turning point.
Let this be your sacred beginning.

International Conference on Psychological, Educational, Health and Social Sciences ( ICPEHSS - 25)
📅 13/06/2025 - 14/06/2025
📍 Venue: Tokyo,Japan

I recently had the opportunity to spend some time in Tokyo, Japan, where I participated in a conference related to my practice. It was a meaningful chance to step into a new environment, learn from others, and continue expanding my perspective. I'm grateful for every experience that pushes me to grow, and this one definitely did.

Rituals and symbols aren’t just about tradition — they’re gateways to a deeper connection. Connection to ourselves, to others, to the Earth, and to the Divine. When we visit places in a scared and connected way, we can start to be witness to Oneness — everywhere 🙏🏼 And you can't help but feel that maybe we’re not discovering something new, but remembering something we’re returning to.

It doesn’t have to be complicated or perfect. Just honor the moment — with an intention, a prayer, gratitude, or pure love. Especially when we’re traveling, this simple act begins to shift us and move us forward ✨️❤️

Let your life become the ritual 😄

This Summer Solstice, I purposely chose to be in Kyoto—a place that invites stillness, presence, and reverence. Surrounded by temples and tranquil gardens, I felt deeply grounded and connected.
I always try to mark this day with something meaningful. By rituals, spiritual practice and being in nature. The solstice is a powerful time for spiritual reflection—a celebration of light, growth, clarity, expansion, and strength.
As the sun reaches its peak, it's also a reminder to make mindful decisions about where and how we want to show up in the world.
Kyoto gave me space to set intentions with purpose and heart for myself and the world. I’m leaving this moment more aligned, more aware, and open to what’s next.

Travel always brings shifts — a different rhythm, a clearer lens.
Japan reminded me how much ease there is in flow, and how purpose grows in quiet moments.
Joy doesn’t need to be loud.
