End-of-lobster-season recovery. LFA 33/34 wraps at the end of the month. The final stretch is when bodies are most beat up — shoulders, wrists, hands that don't fully unclench anymore, low backs from months on a pitching deck.

🌱 Spring is here — and so is chores season.💪

Sometimes the best medicine is already in your kitchen.
A true story — and a free remedy worth knowing.

One of my long-time clients came in recently after fighting a cold for weeks. She mentioned she could feel the telltale burn of a sinus infection creeping in. Steve suggested she try something simple before reaching for a prescription or another treatment: a quick nasal rinse made from warm water, a pinch of salt, and a small amount of baking soda. She expressed angst about inhaling water up her nose, he said mix up the ingredients and put a little drop on her finger and inhale.

Half an hour after she tried it, the burning stopped. She repeated it twice a day for a few days — and the infection never took hold.
