Thank you for keeping me so busy since returning after time off 🫶🏻

Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage have been fully booked and I’ve loved being back in the treatment room, refining and deepening my work.

My focus is always on the quality of touch and precision of technique. Every treatment is tailored to the individual, whether that’s releasing deep muscular tension, supporting the nervous system into a calmer state, or encouraging the natural flow of the lymphatic system to reduce heaviness, stagnation and inflammation within the body.

This work is intentionally slow, attentive and responsive, giving the body space to unwind at its own pace rather than forcing change.

If you are feeling physically depleted, tight, inflamed, or carrying stress within the body, I have a small number of appointments available next week and would love to see how I can support your body.

This membership is designed to make regular self-care feel accessible, supportive and part of your lifestyle rather than something you only reach for when you’re already running on empty.

Your membership begins on the date you sign up and renews monthly until cancelled, with no minimum contract or tie-in period. You’re free to cancel anytime.

That said, I really encourage giving yourself the gift of consistency for a few months if you can. Regular treatments allow your body and nervous system the time and space to truly feel the benefits of ongoing care, support and restoration.

As a member, you’ll also receive priority access to appointments that often aren’t advertised online, including additional evening and weekend availability reserved for regular clients 🤍

I had the best time bringing Laughter Therapy to Ardoe House this morning for Women In Mind 😂

I absolutely love bringing joy and fun into the room and letting my silly side shine through in my work practice ❤️

☀️ SUMMER SOLSTICE CIRCLE ☀️

The longest day of the year invites us to pause for a moment and notice who we are becoming.
To honour how far we’ve come… and gently ask ourselves what we want to carry into this next season 🌿

Join me for an evening of reflection, connection and intention setting as we gather in circle to celebrate the Summer Solstice together.

This will be a warm, welcoming space to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself amongst other women. Meaningful conversation, journalling, grounding practices, and a practical activity (which is always a surprise).

Women's Circles are back 🙌🏻

I’ve been deep diving into therapy sessions with my new treatments and absolutely loving being back at work again. But Women’s Circles are such a huge part of what I do, and I’m really excited to be sitting in circle again ✨

I also really want to open the space to the women who quietly watch my posts about circles but haven’t quite booked on yet.

I know myself how daunting it can feel stepping into the unknown.
What will we talk about?
What are the women like?
Will I fit in?

So let me ease some of that unknown in the hope it gently opens the door for you ❤️

• The group of women is always changing. We have some die-hard regulars and some who dip in and out depending on what life looks like for them at the time. Women from all walks of life, all ages and stages. Women in their 20/30s navigating new jobs, motherhood and relationships, and women in their 70s navigating older children, shifting identities and a different pace of life.

• We work with the energy of the moon, whether that’s manifestation around the new moon or release around the full moon, alongside the themes the current moon is bringing. We have gentle group discussions, structured journalling and a sharing circle. Sharing is always optional. There is never any pressure to speak, and even regular attendees sometimes choose simply to listen. The conversations and prompts are designed to encourage reflection and help you look a little deeper within yourself.

• Every woman is valued and supported in the space. It’s gentle, welcoming and often very light. The energy of the group is always shaped by the women in the room. Sometimes we laugh until our cheeks hurt, and sometimes there are tears. The space holds whatever comes. This is one of my favourite parts of circle... the support and connection that naturally unfolds between women is magical to watch.

If you’ve been thinking about coming along, I hold circles every 2 weeks. 1 for the full moon and 1 for the new moon. I would love to have you ❤️
