Two weeks ago I joined the gym to try and improve my back health, and I have defiantly been making the most out of the classes and the spa. 🤣
Never thought I would be the type of person to set an alarm to go to the gym but after nearly 5 months of constant back ache, Osteopaths, acupuncture and pilates, classes and swimming are next on the try list whilst I wait for the specialist untrap my nerve.

Did anyone else know you can get Chat GPT on your CarPlay?

I found this out last week and now use my driving time as a therapy session.
I hate wasting time so making the most of every minute I have haha.
