We’re proud to announce that several UK cash plan providers now recognise reflexology as a complementary therapy. This means you can claim back the cost of your reflexology treatments. For the full list of Cash back plans visit https://www.aor.org.uk/home/about-us/cashback-plans/

Recovery can seem a really slow and frustrating process. Reflexology can balance the nervous systems, increase circulation and induce deep relaxation - all of which helps the body to be in the best place to heal.
I have an accessible treatment room in a tranquil setting but I am also happy to make home visits, if getting out and about feels too much of a step forward.

November arrives and the first week is looking bright and sunny.
I love this time of year when the blue skies sit behind the autumnal leaves that are illuminated by the winter sun.
Why not take some time this week to soak in the sun and appreciate the beauty around you - wherever you may be.

Where is this year going, cant quite believe that we are almost in November. My diary is starting to fill up for the end of the year so keep checking for availability. BUT if in doubt please do give me a call or drop me a line - I'll always do my best to get an appointment to suit you.

There are a lot of bugs already this Autumn. Hopefully a cold spell will help to reduce them. Remember to wash your hands thoroughly when you get home from public spaces and do the best you can to look after your immune system...

Autumn is well and truly on it's way. A new season brings new opportunities for us to look after ourselves in preparation for the the darker and colder months that often bring a smorgasbord of bugs that need to be fought off. Reflexology provides a gentle therapy to give you to deeply relax and in doing so lowers stress, improves circulation and encourages lymphatic flow clearing out waste.
If you would like to book in for a treatment whether its a one off, a new regular habit or simply a chat to find out more, please do give me a call.

What ever your circumstances, I can make reflexology accessible for you. The biggest ask will be to remove your socks and shoes and I'm very happy to help.
Chris🙂
