My favourite month of the year and yet the one that gives me the biggest reality check! With just 21 days of increasing daylight, the beginning of June is the reminder for me to make the most of the long evenings before they quietly but steadily draw in again!
A variety of availability over the coming 2 weeks so why not take the opportunity to give yourself the gift of a beneficial reflexology treatment?

The sun has arrived!
But for some of us that means that our feet, ankles and lower legs become swollen, tight and uncomfortable. Reflexology and Reflexology Lymph Drainage can be used to reduce the swelling, ease the the pressure and increase comfort.
My room is air conditioned and especially comfortable for this hot weather so if you think I maybe able to help you, give me a ring or drop me a message.

I needed a reboot! Do you?

Today, I met up with my lovely friend and colleague for a catch up and Reflexology and Reiki swap! Even as a therapist I don't give myself time often enough and today was well over due.... But boy was it worth the wait!! Thank you lovely lady!
