I am highly qualified and have over 10 years of experience in this field. I have been very selective in the therapies on offer and use only the best products available. Never give up the hope 🙌

They say enjoy every journey but it's hard to when this one includes an emotional rollercoaster. The monthly hope that this time things will be different, followed by the dissapointment when instead your period arrives.

It's this emotional pressure that can make us lose trust in our body. But hold onto that trust and work with your body because there is always light at the end of the tunnel. This year alone I have had the joy of seeing 6 women find their happy endings. I have watched in awe as they found trust in their bodies, started to believe it could happen and then seen the smile when they told me their news.

Holistic care and in particular Reflexology is incredible as a support on your journey. We can focus on what your body needs and provide the right support for YOU.

I believe in you so lets work together to try and make your dream a reality. ❤️

With a tailored guided meditation to work on confidence and calming self doubt. Then a soothing sound bath to help reblance then from the inside out. They don't have to lay down or even sit down but do need to be able to be quiet for the session.

Let me explain before you all come for me 🤣

Being touched out is a feeling most mothers think they have. When we are constantly needed for comfort, support and sometimes a plaything. That feeling of someone always wanting a little piece of you even when there doesn't feel like much of yourself is left.

This is a valid feeling and so common. I see this daily in myself with my x2 kids. I see this everyday in my post-natal work and even in my relaxation classes. Where the physical shutdown has happened. Where sitting alone in a car sounds like a luxury escape.

But it's not about being touched out, its about not having the right kind of touch. The nurturing care that's focused on YOUR needs. Touch that calms the sensory overload, that wispers to your nervous system that it's time to let go. A gentle foot rub at the end of the day, someone stroking your hair and releasing tension from your scalp and neck. Even a shoulder massage if your partner is willing.

Being "touched out" is your bodies way of telling you it needs more. Nurture your body and let over stimulation drift away. Find your zen. ✌️
