The Beaconsfield Health Hub is such a great place for all sorts of treatment.

I’m having treatment and physio there at the moment after a ski injury. Ligament and ACL rupture. Micheala has been helping me gain strength and balance back on this knee. Whilst encouraging me to get back on the slopes next season. She is kind, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. Each time I’ve seen her she extends the exercises and makes me work harder. I’ve been so pleased to have found her and would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Micheala.

Meet Sabrina Sarl.

A London-trained acupuncturist, Sabrina’s path into healing began in childhood, growing up in a family deeply rooted in alternative medicine. Inspired by her grandmother, who lived to 103 and believed wholeheartedly in natural approaches to wellbeing, Sabrina developed an early understanding of the body’s innate ability to heal.

She later trained at the London College of Acupuncture and Natural Medicine in Traditional Chinese Medicine, alongside moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, and tui na — bringing together a rich range of therapies designed to support the body and calm the mind.

Sabrina’s treatments blend ancient wisdom with a modern, nurturing touch, helping to release physical tension, ease emotional anxieties, and restore balance from within.

🏃‍♂️ 5 TOP TIPS FROM AN OSTEO BEFORE MARATHON SUNDAY

You’ve done the training — now it’s about arriving fresh, loose, and ready 👇

1. Move, don’t grind
Easy 20–30 min jog or walk + light mobility
→ Keep the body loose, not fatigued

2. Release tension (gently)
Foam roll calves, glutes, hips
→ Avoid deep tissue or anything that makes you sore

3. Prioritise sleep
Focus on the next 2 nights
→ Recovery = performance

4. Hydrate smart 💧
Sip consistently, don’t chug
→ Pale yellow urine = good to go
→ Add electrolytes if you normally use them

5. Stick to what you know
Familiar food, shoes, routine
→ No last-minute experiments

🚫 Avoid: hard sessions, new gear, aggressive stretching
