Today you are four years old, and it feels impossible that so much time has passed already. You made us parents, and from the very first moment you changed our world forever.

You are kind, funny, clever, full of imagination, and you have the biggest heart. Your laughter fills our home, your questions keep us thinking, and your cuddles make every difficult day better.

This year you became an amazing big sister. Watching you love, protect, and care for Marianka has made us so proud. You are growing into such a wonderful little person.

✨ Temple Filler – One of the most underrated treatments for facial balance ✨

Sometimes the missing piece isn’t adding volume to the cheeks or lips—it’s restoring the temples.

When the temple area becomes hollow, it can make the face appear tired, the upper face lose support, and the tail of the eyebrow sit lower than it naturally should. Carefully placed temple filler can help restore that lost support, creating a softer, more balanced appearance while giving a subtle lift to the outer brow.

This treatment is only suitable for clients with genuine temple hollowing. Not everyone is a candidate, which is why I always take a conservative, assessment-led approach.

A little update on my own treatment results 👀

Treatment was done on Friday morning, and today is Monday…

As you can see from the video, my frown is already significantly reduced and my forehead movement is very limited. Considering how strong my muscles normally are, I was genuinely surprised by how quickly everything started to settle.

My chin is looking softer too, although this area always requires a cautious approach. The muscles around the chin and lower face overlap, and treating the wrong muscle can affect the way the smile moves. I’d much rather add a small top-up later if needed than be too aggressive from the start.

It’s also worth remembering that results continue to develop over the following days, so what you see today is not necessarily the final result.

This is my first treatment since having Marianka, so I can’t comment on longevity yet, but I can definitely share my personal experience as it progresses.

For now, I’m impressed with how quickly things have started to settle. 😊

✨ WHY CAN IT LOOK WORSE BEFORE IT LOOKS BETTER? ✨

A lot of clients expect to wake up the next morning looking perfectly smooth. In reality, the first few days can be a little… strange! 😅

These photos show the progression of a treatment targeting an overactive chin muscle.

📅 Day 2
The muscle is starting to relax, but not all fibres switch off at exactly the same time. This can temporarily create an uneven appearance, dimpling, or a slightly exaggerated movement pattern.

📅 Day 3–5
The treatment begins to settle and muscle activity becomes more balanced. Things often look much more natural during this stage.

📅 Around 10–14 days
This is when we usually assess the final result. The muscle has had time to fully relax and the skin can appear smoother and more refined.

Every face responds differently, which is why patience is so important. Early changes are not always the final result.

👉 Trust the process.
👉 Don’t judge your result after 48 hours.
👉 Allow the full 2 weeks before assessing the outcome.

I’m officially on maternity leave 🤍

As many of you know, I’m due to welcome my baby via C-section this Tuesday — and I just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to all of you.

You’ve kept me incredibly busy right up until the very end, and I’m so grateful for your trust, loyalty, and support. It truly means everything to me.

I’ll be taking some time to recover and enjoy these special first moments, and I’m planning to return to work in around 6–8 weeks. When I do come back, it will be part-time only, and appointments will be very limited — so please bear with me during this transition.
