A fantastic day at the CNO Conference 2026: Reset. Reform. Reimagine: Nursing and Midwifery Leadership for a Sustainable HSC.

The conference provided an excellent platform to celebrate innovation, leadership and partnership across nursing and midwifery. NIPEC was particularly pleased to support the launch of the Registered Nurse Learning Disability (RNLD) Career Pathway and the Partnering for Wellbeing & Enabling Recovery Report, as well as showcasing progress in implementing the Quality Excellence Framework. Together, these initiatives are helping to shape a sustainable, skilled and compassionate nursing workforce for the future.

Thank you to the CNO Group for inviting NIPEC to contribute to this important event and for the opportunity to share our work alongside colleagues from across the HSC.
