Are you ready to make every pound count where it matters most?

We’re looking for two qualified accountants to join our senior finance team as Deputy Head of Finance. There are two roles available, one at Good Hope Hospital and the other at Heartlands Hospital.

In this influential role, you’ll be a trusted financial partner to clinical and operational leaders, helping balance strong financial control with high quality patient care. You’ll lead on business partnering, performance reporting, forecasting, and financial planning, while developing a high performing finance team and shaping decisions at senior level.

What you’ll do:
➡️ Act as the financial voice for services, supporting informed decision making
➡️ Deliver clear, timely performance reporting to senior leaders
➡️ Lead forecasting, planning, and productivity initiatives
➡️ Provide constructive financial challenge and insight
➡️ Develop and inspire a skilled finance team
➡️ Deputise for the Associate Director of Finance when required
