We're proud to be working with Selwood Housing, a valued employer partner that is investing in creating a more inclusive environment for both colleagues and customers.🌟

We are delivering neurodiversity awareness training sessions focused on understanding neurodiversity, recognising neurodivergent strengths, implementing reasonable adjustments, and creating inclusive workplace cultures.

It was fantastic to see such open discussion and engagement throughout the sessions. Participants reported increased understanding of neurodiversity, greater confidence in supporting neurodivergent colleagues, and practical ideas they could apply in their roles.
We always enjoy working with organisations that recognise the value of inclusion, not only for their workforce but also for the people and communities they support.💚

Thank you to everyone who took part and contributed to the discussions. We look forward to delivering further sessions with colleagues from across Selwood Housing in the coming months.

🎉 Huge congratulations to Harry! 🎉

Our intern from last year has been offered a permanent position at Amazon and has just found out that he has passed his probation with flying colours! 🌟

Harry has come such a long way since starting his Supported Internship journey, and we couldn't be prouder of everything he has achieved. His hard work, dedication, and positive attitude have truly paid off.

We absolutely love seeing our former interns thrive in their workplaces and achieve their goals. Well done, Harry – you're smashing it! 👏🎊

🧁✨ One of our supported Interns Daisy was proud to join Team Manager Laura and Gideon Amos MP at the Wellington Council celebration marking one year of the new Hub!

Not only did Daisy attend the event, but she also designed and ordered the fabulous cupcakes that helped make the day extra special. Safe to say they were a big success! 😋

It's great to see Wellington Town Council championing Supported Internships and helping to spread the word across the local community. We're excited to see what opportunities this partnership brings in the future and look forward to staying involved along the way.

Maria, Ben, and Charlotte, supported by Aaron and Sharon from the Bridgwater Outreach team, recently enjoyed an exciting and informative visit to the local fire station. 🚒

During the tour, they gained valuable insight into the day-to-day role of firefighters, explored the equipment up close, and learned more about how the fire service supports the community. It was a fun, engaging, and memorable experience for everyone involved! 😊

😊 On Friday evening we celebrated our inspiring people from Discovery in Somerset and Cornwall. There was not a dry eye in the house, as we heard stories of long lost families being reunited and support workers taking bold steps to encourage and advocate for people they support.

Here is judge Alison speaking to Courtney about their sparkling night.
