When we first brought home our rescue Monty he was 8 months old and was literally scared of his own shadow — anxious, insecure, and shy.
Living in a home filled with gentle healing gong frequencies has helped him find calm, confidence, and trust.
Now Monty regularly curls up beside his mum for gong baths, calm and serene, soaking in the sounds he once feared.

The reasons I absolutely love playing the gong outside, barefoot , it makes me feel grounded, present, and alive.

The earth beneath my feet anchors the vibration and the open air lets the sounds breathe and expand.

It reminds me that some healing can only happen when we reconnect back to nature, and tune into the infinite universe within ourselves.

Up here in the Welsh hills, every frequency clears my mind, reconnects my body, and turns each strike into a moving meditation.

Myself and my soul sister Frankie have undertaken an awesome Mystic Tree road trip this weeked.

Today we met with my beautiful friend and Gong brother Filipe Alves.

Myself and Filipe have been a big part of each other’s journeys with the Gong.

Filipe has previously made me 2 beautiful gongs and today we were welcomed into his and Natalies beautiful Carmarthenshire home to see another one of his stunning creations, a glorious 52” Sun Gong.

I think we both knew (even before I arrived) that I would fall in love with the Gong once I saw her in the flesh.

Again, neither one of us was wrong!

So, I’m now the very proud owner of another amazing Gong 💜

I want to say such a big thank you for making such a thing of beauty and passing on the custodial rights to me and Mystic tree.

Seeing your true and unwavering passion for what you create is not just inspiring, but an absolute honour to be a part of.

I've managed to find James and catch up over a coffee.

This guy truly is inspirational in his outlook to the curveball life has just thrown him.

At 52, after 21 years in post in a job he loved, a Monday morning meeting was called giving him and 90+ colleagues the devastating news their lives were about to change.

Watching colleagues around him lose their heads, totally unsure of what life now holds, James decided that with the lemons he'd just be handed, it was time to make lemonade.

You've gotta love life's synchronicities!

On a grey and gloomy day In Güllük,I had a random (but no so random 😉) chance meeting with a fellow travellor.

James has recently been made redundant, after 21 Years of faithful service in the corporate field, a meeting was called and he was informed his job would now be covered by AI, and his services no longer required.

BOOM! the end of an era, the end of his income stream and at 52..Wow! What a curveball to get thrown!

But, as the old addage says.. 'when life gives you lemons'...

James immediately started looking for the lemonade 👌

We literally spoke for hours! Late into the night, his positivity, hope and belief that everything will be fine, was TRULY inspirational to me.

So, I'm on the hunt for James now.. and gonna get him on camera for a little chat.. then, I'm asking for you beautiful people to give him a follow for his new YouTube channel, but I'll get him to talk to you about that!

It was so lovely to meet and offer Kim from her first experience of Lomi Lomi massage today.

I always feel it’s both an honour and a gift for a new client to travel to see me for this beautiful massage.

Kim made her way over the bridge from Wales to visit today, as a mother and businesswoman, she understands the need to take time out for her own self care and well-being.

It was lovely to sit and chat beforehand, and to connect together, before hands touch skin and the embrace of Lomi begins.

Kim’s warmth, vibrancy of spirit and beautiful nature made this such a lovelyl session today, and it’s wonderful to sit and chat afterwards to discuss what comes up for people during the massage.

What a blessed week indeed. 💜🌴🌴🌴

Wow, what a beautiful week it’s been

We’ve had clients travel far and wide to see us this week, which is testament to the beauty of Lomi Lomi Massage.

I’ve got our last treatment of the week to come, a Lady travelling from Wales, and experience her first Lomi Lomi.

Next week I am going to be sunning myself in Turkey, so no further bookings being taken until the 28th of May on my return.
