At Maples, our outreach service provides support directly in people’s own homes.

This flexible approach helps individuals:

Outreach ensures people can thrive in their own space while still receiving specialist support.

Every person we support has their own story. Meet Dan, who after multiple psychiatric hospital admissions, he was referred to our Specialist Mental Health Rehabilitation Service at The Park. With the right support, Dan was able to break the cycle of repeated admissions and successfully move on to our supported living project in Fishponds, Bristol.

We now have an (almost) fully functional games room for our clients at The Maples! The only thing missing is some seating, but that hasn't stopped our clients from getting in and enjoying a game (or ten)

Occupational Therapy plays a vital role in supporting recovery at The Park.

From the moment someone is admitted, our Occupational Therapist works to understand the person behind the referral through personalised assessments, therapeutic rapport, and close collaboration with the wider multidisciplinary team.

Over time, we see routines forming, motivation growing, and a renewed sense of belonging, both within The Park and out in the community. It’s a powerful part of the recovery journey.
