Peacefully at Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy on Tuesday 4th August 2026, James, aged 79 years of Kinghorn, originally Airdrie, loving dad of Ian and Richard, much loved papa of Stacey, Connor, Ross, Alex, Cammy, Sophie and Cara. He will be sadly missed.

Funeral service at Kirkcaldy Crematorium on Thursday 27th August at 11am to which all family and friends are welcome. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of James may be given at the service for Prostate Cancer UK, if so desired

Peacefully after a short illness faced with incredible courage and dignity at Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy, on Sunday 2nd August 2026, Patricia Ann, “Pat” “Tricia” aged 65 years, of Burntisland, loving mum of David, Michael and Jamie, devoted nana of Ruby, Daisy, Macy, Ella, Anna and Mikey, cherished daughter of Patrick and Etta, much loved sister of Gillian, Bobby and Paul, dear auntie of Gemma, Scott, Katherine and Jack, Pat Pat to Luke and Rory and missed by her wee dog Lulu. She will be deeply missed by all her family, friends and everyone whose lives she touched.

Funeral service to be held at Kirkcaldy Crematorium on Friday 21st August at 1.30pm, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Pat may be given at the service for Maggie’s Fife, if so desired.

Sincere thanks to the staff of Victoria Hospital for all their dedicated care and attention.
Special thanks Rev. Andrea Fraser for her most fitting and uplifting service and to Darren Rankin of Rankin Funeral Directors for professional guidance and care with all the funeral arrangements.
Lastly thank you to everyone who paid their respect at the Crematorium and generously donated to the collection in Jennifer’s memory for RNLI Aberdour which amounted to £800.00.

Thank you everyone who attended our annual Charity Afternoon Tea in the Funeral Home, It was a busy old day and very well attended. Some photos of the guests from the mornings sitting below.

Sincere thank you to Tom Courts Butchers, On A Roll, Niaroo Business services and friends for their donations of delicious goodies.

Special thanks to Carole-anne Crossan, Jem Mathewson, Rachael Paterson, Shirley Evans, Teddy and Errin for keeping everyone topped up with drinks and food and not forgetting Neil who was busy in the Kitchen.

We are so luck to have received many donations for our tombola and raffle from friends,family and business on our High Street. Not forgetting Call-Clean who kindly launder our table covers.

Through your generosity we raised £870.00 for the British Red Cross. Thank you all for your help and support. We will see you all again next year.

Lastly thank you to everyone who paid their respect as the cortege left Davie’s yard in Burntisland and to all who attended the service at Crematorium, generously donated to the collection in Davie’s memory which amounted to £ 547.10.

Ross, Lee along with the boys and all the family wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their wonderful support following the sad loss of Ben.
Special thanks to Darren Rankin from Rankin Funeral Directors for professional guidance and attention to detail. In these tragic circumstances Darren answered all questions with compassion and honesty which was so much appreciated.
Finally, a huge thank you to everyone who attended the memorial service and who contributed to the collection Change Mental Health which exceeded £500.
