Personal crisis, bereavement, addiction & depression haunt us and there appears little way out from under. Therapeutic Counselling gives you time and a safe environment to explore your feelings and dilemmas and help you move forward wit

Living is hard at times, especially as we get older. Friends seem to disappear from our lives, seemingly for no reason. Relatives and loved ones pass away and we begin to question our own mortality and have worries about our health. We enter retirement, supposedly, the 'Autumn of our life' and find ourselves craving a purpose and almost grieving a loss of identity. These are not uncommon feelings and well known to myself, so understanding is no issue to me.
However, if you identify with any of this, not expressing your feelings or pushing them down, is not helpful to one's mental health.

At InnerSense, I can help you explore these feelings and issues and together, by talking, reframe them and begin to look at life through a different lens. We can become 'unstuck' and see a much more positive way forward.
