'Everyone that knows me knows I will always shout about Excel Clinic Cardiff, my upper bleph procedure, how incredibly easy it was, totally painless and how happy I am with my results!

The staff there are so amazing too! You really walk in a stranger and walk out part of the Excel family for sure

I was over the moon with my results but my amazing surgeon wasn’t happy with 2 little fat pads that settled in the inner corners of my eyes. As I said before it’s nothing he or I did, there was no fat there to remove originally and what’s happened is I’ve healed up so well and tightened up nicely, where I had some muscle removed, the muscle must have been acting as a bridge which is totally normal and you don’t know what will happen until you heal.

So Mr Feroz asked to see me in person one week and the next week I was back in having the fatty lumps removed (will add pic in comments for all you weirdo’s like me 🤣) I would have happily lived the rest of my life over the moon with my results but Mr Feroz was not and had me straight in and worked his magic again!!! He’s a perfectionist and such a lovely gentleman.

This is why I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH to do your research with things like this because I can tell you there are many clinics, uk and abroad that will take your money and send you on your way and not give a care about you again. If anything goes wrong, if you are not happy they have excuses for everything or ghost you, but you don’t get that with excel clinic, the after care is incredible.

You can contact them any time for advice and they will always be happy to help. Do you research, look at reviews, search social media for people’s posts on the clinics you are looking at! I honestly cannot stress this enough, visit the clinic and check out the vibes etc.

Everyone that knows me knows how nervous I am around the medical industry but I was never once nervous with these guys. They look after you so well, explain everything, clinic is spotlessly clean and I just felt so comfortable from the very start. '
