Hay fever is a common allergy that causes sneezing, coughing and itchy eyes. This isn't something that can be cured, but there are things you can do to help symptoms.

Some ways to treat hay fever yourself is
- put Vaseline around your nostrils to trap pollen
- keep windows and doors shut as much as possible
-shower and change your clothes after you have been outside

You can also speak to a pharmacist for advice on best treatments such as antihistamines drops, tablets or nasal spray.

This year, we're shining a spotlight on EDCs (endocrine disrupting chemicals); harmful chemicals found in cosmetics, food packaging, cleaning products and more, which can interfere with our hormones and may increase breast cancer risk.

Join us for Breast Cancer Prevention Week, when we turn the spotlight on breast cancer prevention and how you can reduce your risk.
