💕 Know Your Normal

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women in the UK, but early detection can make a real difference.

Knowing what’s normal for your breasts is one of the most important steps you can take.

Look out for:

🎀 A new lump or swelling in the breast or armpit
🎀 Changes in breast size or shape
🎀 Dimpling or puckering of the skin
🎀 Ni**le changes or unusual discharge
🎀 Persistent pain in the breast or armpit

Remember, not all breast changes mean cancer, but any unusual change should always be checked.
