Wellness has become a popular word in recent years.🥰
We see it everywhere, healthy meals, gym memberships, step counts, supplements, self help books and morning routines.
But wellness isn’t one size fits all.🧘
For some, wellness is a challenging workout and feeling physically strong.
For others, it’s taking a quiet walk, reading a book, or saying no to something that drains their energy.
Sometimes wellness looks like nourishing your body with wholesome food.
Sometimes it looks like enjoying a coffee with a friend and sharing a laugh.
It might be getting enough sleep, managing stress, spending time in nature, moving your body, having meaningful connections, or taking a moment to simply breathe.🧘
And yes, wellness can also include holistic therapies that encourage you to slow down, relax and reconnect with yourself.💙💚
The truth is, wellness isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about creating small habits and choices that help you feel more balanced, supported and able to navigate life’s ups and downs.
