This Saturday is World Mental Health Day, we want to say one simple thing..

Talk to your mates 💙

Life gets busy, and it's easy to go weeks without properly catching up with the people who matter. A message here, a like there, and suddenly it's been months. But time together, laughing, doing something a bit daft and new, is one of the best things you can do for each other.

So this weekend, grab one or two friends and share the chamber.

Three minutes at minus... a lot, all dancing and pulling the same faces, then that feel-good buzz people tell us they get afterwards. You'll come out grinning, and you'll still be talking about it over a brew.

2 people £50.
3 people £66.

Saturday 10th and Sunday 11th only.

Book via the link in bio ❄️

We’re incredibly proud to announce that we’re heading into our 4th season as a recovery partner of Blackburn Rovers Football Club 💙🤍

What makes this partnership particularly special to us is that we’re not just a local business, we’re lifelong Blackburn Rovers fans.

To have the opportunity to support the club we’ve followed for years is something we never take for granted.

Our team at Clitheroe Cryo has been working with the players to help support energy levels, after game recovery and their return from injury, using the latest recovery and wellbeing technology such as hyperbaric oxygen, cryo chamber, whole body red light + more.

And it’s fantastic to see the relationship growing beyond Clitheroe too. Some of the Rovers players who live in central Manchester are also making use of our sister company, Brysk, giving them access to our wellness services in the heart of the city.

Four seasons in, and we’re still incredibly proud to play a small part in helping the players perform at their best.

Up the Rovers! 💙🤍

wth is delayed onset muscle soreness?

Our compression boots really get your blood circulating in the legs post exercise, helping to reduce swelling, prevent DOMS and relieve pain.

wth is poor sleep?

Regular red light therapy sessions can help positively impact the quality of your sleep.

wth is inflammation?

Whole body cryotherapy is leading the charge in reducing inflammation levels inside the body. Many fail to realise that inflammation is the root cause of concerns and symptoms, and it’s when you finally start to target this that you’ll see the real difference.

wth is puffiness?

Our lymphatic drainage suit helps stimulate the lymphatic system, helping to remove waste and toxins from the body. The suit also has a ‘slimming’ effect and reduces puffiness by breaking down cellulite.

Did you know this was here?

Our red light room is tucked away, but that doesn’t mean it’s any less incredible than all of our other recovery services!

Red light sessions last 20 minutes, and during this time you’ll sit or stand infront of our state of the art LED panels to feel the benefits of this non invasive recovery method.

Red light therapy has both recovery and beauty benefits.

The specific wavelengths target the mitochondria of your cells, causing an increase in collagen production 🧬

More collagen = softer, more supple and GLOWING skin

The red light wavelengths can also help to reduce inflammation, accelerate healing, reduce pain at the joints and enhance muscle recovery.

Book your 20 minute red light therapy session by using our Fresha booking link in our bio.
