You maybe can't do exercise: your joints ache, you have no balance!! That is why Chair Yoga is a great as a starting place, you are supported by the chair if needed and you can go at your own pace asI I will always give different abilities options.

Our Flow Serenity Sessions include Chair Yoga, a Cuppa and Chat, also a Mini five minute Massage.

That was an amazing night at the Hawth.

I'm so proud and honoured I was nominated by so many of you for The Crawley Community Award, Inspiration.

As you all know I have built my business on my own, to a staggering 11 classes a week and 4 weekly afterschool clubs. I love bringing movement and peace to you all.

I will be starting Beginners Yoga in the coming months:
Evening and Sunday Mornings.
