✨ Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), often called “tapping”, is a gentle mind-body approach that combines focused attention on a specific issue with light tapping on a series of acupressure points on the face and upper body. Many people feel calmer, more grounded and emotionally balanced after a few minutes of tapping.
✨ Tapping is not about forcing positive thinking or making difficult feelings disappear. Instead, it’s about meeting your experience with awareness and compassion while helping the nervous system move toward a greater sense of balance. Every person’s experience is unique.
