So the next challenge and biggest challenge I’ve ever took on and possibly ever will do.

The RAF Battle of Britain Memorial Flight

To be all designed, cut and installed to a customers patio later in the year.

This particular customer (a repeat customer) who is a war history fanatic and saw my Remembrance Day soldier I previously designed and wanted to challenge me.
Again I fully understand it’s not everyone’s cup of tea but to some it will be absolutely amazing.

BLOCK PAVING

A repeat customer that we landscaped their garden last year.
After extensive renovation work to their property and digging trenches for drainage through their driveway, it was time to upgrade the driveway.

Out with old tarmac, and replaced with a nice near block paving with charcoal border.

Unfortunately the heavens open just as we were sweeping up the sand, so my photos don’t quite do it justice.
However the quality remains the same!

Our most recent job was huge and too big to put all on one post and give it the credit and attention it deserves.

So here is our retaining wall, which incorporates a large planter and symmetrical steps from either side.

The old garden was very dated, had old rotten sleepers and various bits of paving and concrete that had been added through the years. Along with dangerous unsafe steps.

This was all completely taken out, and the unusable bank was dug back to gain a lot of space and lawn area.

Created using concrete blocks filled with concrete for added strength, and then built with these stunning Sandstone bricks. It was certainly a big challenge but one I’ve enjoyed and photos don’t really do it justice.

I can’t wait for it to be all planted up and being seen in its full glory.

One of recent jobs we’ve completed recently over on Gresley.
This was an old tired looking, overgrown, unmanageable garden that just needed ripping out and starting from scratch. And that’s exactly what we did.

A nice modern porcelain patio, with upgraded drainage. A wall built to allow us to create a better level for garden, and cladded in natural sandstone.

A big (very big) concrete base for a nice new summerhouse. And then finished with new soil and turf.
We even did a fence repair whilst there to keep everyone happy.
And better still, the customers were very happy and left a review. 😁👍

A good bit of progress on one of our current jobs.
A lot of work gone on here that’s out of sight sorting drainage and putting foundations in for the little retaining wall which once built and cladded will look great.

From what was there at the start to how it will look will be a huge transformation.

Something very different!!!!!

We were tasked with creating a garden ready for our customer to plant up to create different areas of the world.

From a garden that a usual new build is, full of weeds, a few slabs, drainage issues and just generally poor ground. We have dug it all out, sorted drainage issues and then started the creation.

Porcelain paving has created the patio and a border around the ‘desert’ area. Each piece of edging individually hand cut to add extra quality and detail.
A very old Olive tree was planted along with required ground preparation to help it survive the lovely British weather.

A substantial pergola was erected.

Scottish cobbles and a water feature are the foundations for the wet area.

Once planting is finished I think this will look amazing.
