What are your best habits? Most of us have a few things that we might label 'bad habits' but what are our 'best habits'?
What are the things that help you to thrive?

A few of my favourite daily habits include:
🌞Morning daylight and movement- usually a dog walk somewhere green. Sometimes a more challenging workout but this is my minimum to feel good
😋Delicious, nutritious food - at least once a day but hopefully more!
👩‍🎤Singing along to a great track - One of my favourite activities - I might do this an annoying amount!
⌛App limits on my phone - Yes, I really do manage myself like a teenager on this.
📖Reading a good book at bedtime - to unwind and clear my mind before I sleep.

Reflexologists Retreat Day!
A wonderful day last Wednesday catching up with fellow Reflexologists for another retreat day in Felton, Northumberland.

Grounding Yoga with Becca and a wonderful Sound Bath and Voice activation by Fay .heal

Sooo much deep breathing and important time for work on ourselves. Lunch and a walk together rounded off a thoroughly worthwhile day of self care and beautiful moments of women supporting women. 💛

I always say to my clients that a treatment can make you rest as your body relaxes and does the work it needs to do. The same applies to a day like this! Once I was home I fell asleep twice before bedtime and I needed to drink pints of water for the next 48 hours!
