Facial balance, not facial change ✨

This beautiful patient already had lovely features. The aim of treatment was simply to restore support, improve balance and enhance the way the features work together — without changing what made her face uniquely hers.

Facial balancing is about looking at the face as a whole: structure, proportion, projection and where subtle support can create a more harmonious result.

In this case, there had also been some volume loss following significant weight loss, so part of the treatment plan involved restoring support in a way that still looked completely natural.

Beautiful before. Beautiful after. Just a little more balance, support and softness in the right places.

A little diary update 🤍

The week ahead is looking busy, with just a few appointments still available at Iconic.

I have one appointment left tomorrow, Sunday 6th at 12:25, limited availability for my late clinic on Thursday 10th, and just two appointments remaining on Friday 11th.

A consultation isn’t simply about deciding what to treat. 🤍

For me, it’s about taking the time to look at the whole picture — your facial anatomy, movement, proportions, skin quality, medical history, previous treatments and, most importantly, what you’re actually hoping to achieve.

Sometimes that conversation leads to a treatment plan. Sometimes it leads us in a completely different direction. And sometimes, the most appropriate recommendation is to do nothing at all.

Because good aesthetic medicine isn’t about finding something to treat.

It’s about listening, assessing properly and making considered decisions that are right for you.

Assessment first. Treatment second. Always.

Crisp mornings, cosy evenings, candles lit, oversized knits, autumn walks and everything feeling just that little bit warmer and slower.

Autumn is making its move… and I am absolutely here for it. 🤎

Seen a treatment online and wondered if it could be right for you? 🤍

Social media is brilliant for discovering what’s out there — but it can’t assess you.

The same treatment can be perfect for one person and completely unnecessary for another. Anatomy, proportions, skin quality, medical and treatment history, and most importantly, what you’re actually hoping to achieve all matter.

That’s why I don’t believe in choosing a treatment simply because it’s trending.

Tell me what you’ve noticed. Tell me what bothers you — if anything — and tell me what you’d love to achieve.

Then we can work out together whether treatment is appropriate, and if it is, which approach makes sense for you.

Start with the concern, not the trend. 🤍
