Just one hour to go until our drop in session on psychological safety!

We want to ensure that every colleague feels heard, respected and emotionally safe when it comes to the workplace. This session will explore ways on how we can do just that.

The session will be held by Naeema Sajid from Diversity + (https://bit.ly/3SKWDRu), who will guide the conversation and help us gather feedback and insights that will shape what we do next. You can contribute as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.

Every day, you show patience, kindness and genuine compassion, supporting people to live independently and with dignity in their own homes. It’s not always easy, but it always matters.

We had a fantastic time attending the Scottish Care Care at Home Conference 2026 this week!

It was an inspiring day filled with insightful discussions around the future of care at home, innovation across the sector, and the vital role care services play in supporting people to live independently.

It was also a great opportunity to connect with like-minded professionals, share ideas, and bring back fresh thinking to continue strengthening the care we provide.

A big thank you to Scottish Care for hosting such a well-organised and thought-provoking event, we’re excited to take what we’ve learned and put it into practice.
