Dylan our incredible Sports Massage Therapist has completed the Lisbon Marathon with a PB time in scorching heat!!

We were delighted to have 1st year Chiropractic student, Emma, observing at the clinic this week.
Emma is studying for a Master of Chiropractic at the Scotland College of Chiropractic. Andrew is a Clinic Tutor at the College and Connect Spinal Health is registered as a placement provider for students to observe and get experience with new patients.

We wish her all the best in her studies and training.

Dylan, our fantastic Sports Massage Therapist, is getting ready to run the Lisbon Marathon this Saturday 10th October. He is running to raise funds for Student Hardship at the Scotland College of Chiropractic.
Dylan is himself a third year student at the Scotland College of Chiropractic based in Stockbridge, Edinburgh and will be heading out to Lisbon with a group of other students to complete this epic feat!

We provide Digital X-Rays on site, making the process simple and convenient for our patients.

If clinically justified, taking X-Rays can gain valuable insights into your spine and surrounding structures. X-rays can provide a clear and detailed image that we otherwise wouldn’t be able to see during a standard physical examination.

How to help your neck

Continuing on with our neck theme this week we have a neck stretch video from Andrew.
