We are so pleased that so many of you are receiving a great service from us. We always accept that there will be occasions where our service falls short and we are open to listening to these situations and learning. Over the last 4 years we have turned our 30% - positive scores ,to the scores you see today. The scores are taken out of 300+ sets of feedback over the last 2 months. Please continue to flag areas of improvement but we are so proud of our staff for growing and making the changes needed.
