🌟Does Your GP Know You Are a Carer? 🌟

If you provide unpaid support to a family member, partner, friend or neighbour, it's important to let your GP surgery know that you are an upaid carer.

Being registered as a carer can help your GP understand the impact caring may have on your own health and wellbeing. Caring can sometimes affect your physical health, emotional wellbeing, ability to attend appointments, and even your own self-care.

✅Once registered, your GP surgery may be able to: • Offer more flexible appointment arrangements • Provide information, advice and signposting to support services • Take your caring responsibilities into account when planning your healthcare • Ensure you receive appropriate health checks, vaccinations, and support where available • Refer you to local organisations that can provide help and advice

The Co-located Community gym inductions start as of Friday.

We still have 8spaces available for inductions on Friday at 2:30pm. If you are interested please access the app or website and complete your membership and book in for the induction.

What a week it has been this week from a service development perspective.

-The wheelchair service has moved in and have opened their doors to the community

-The co-located community gym opened for a community drop in for interested users

-We have confirmed that Brio Wellbeing will be delivering Go Smokefree sessions from the site as of Wednesday 16th September

-Our Patient Participation group are also starting to launch a community desk to engage with our patients and community

Wow the response for bookings for our local flu and covid clinics for Great Sutton patients has been great. If you think you are eligible and not had a text don't worry you should receive one shortly. Any issues with online booking our reception team will be more than happy to book you in over the phone or at the desk. Any queries and our chatbot on our homepage is happy to help.
