Travelling through China and South Korea with these three little legends has been nothing short of amazing. Most days we clocked over 20km on foot (and sometimes walking backwards to make fun of me ! 😂).

From standing on the Great Wall, conquering Mount Tai, to soaking up the atmosphere at a baseball game in South Korea, the memories just kept coming.

But more than the incredible sights, it was the people who made this trip so special. The kindness, generosity, and willingness to help us along the way were unforgettable.

China and South Korea, thank you for the memories, the experiences, and the warmest welcome. ❤️

Walking backwards can increase your longevity! Recent research has demonstrated walking backwards can improve mind and body health substantially. You may feel you look silly walking up Broadway high street but it’s worth it 🤣 and interesting it was first reported in ancient China .
