Monday 6.30pm-7.30pm

Life asks so much of us — work, family, training, responsibilities, health, and everything in between. Sometimes balance isn’t about doing more… it’s about creating space to simply be.

This calming yoga class is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself.

Whether you’re balancing a busy career, other gym activities, family life, your health and wellness journey, or simply need a little more self-care, this is a space to soften, release and restore.

Through gentle movement, mindful breathing and stillness, we’ll create a moment to come back to yourself body, mind and spirit. ✨

You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to be experienced.
You simply need to arrive as you are.

Move gently. Breathe deeply. Find your centre.

Come and give yourself permission to slow down. Your body, mind and soul deserve it. 🤍

Places must be confirmed before arrival. This is a smaller class setting. Soft lighting. Free parking just outside the hub. Im happy to chat on any other questions. ✨️

There comes a moment when you realise you are no longer being asked to become someone new.

You are being asked to release who you had to be to survive.

The old patterns.
The old stories.
The familiar cycles of fear, control, overthinking, proving, holding on.

They once served a purpose.
They kept you safe.
They helped you navigate a version of life you were still learning how to move through.

But you don't have to carry them into where you're going.

Your highest timeline isn't something you have to chase.
It isn't somewhere far away, waiting for you to finally become “good enough.”

It begins the moment you choose to stop abandoning yourself for what is familiar.

The moment you loosen your grip.

The moment you surrender the need to know how it will unfold.

And instead…

you submerge yourself into what is.

Into this breath.
Into this moment.
Into the quiet intelligence of your own soul.

You let life move through you instead of constantly trying to move life.

You trust what is leaving.
You trust what is arriving.
You trust the space in between.

Because sometimes the greatest transformation isn't in doing more.

It's in becoming still enough to allow the old to dissolve.

To let the identity you've outgrown fall away.

To make space for the version of you that doesn't need to force, chase, control or convince.

Your highest and most truest self. ✨️

We are not separate from nature — we are nature. 🌿

The Earth is not simply a place we live upon. She is a living presence, the trees, rivers, stones, winds and creatures all part of an ancient web of relationship.

When we walk among the trees, we are not merely walking through a forest. We are entering a sacred conversation.

The trees remind us to root deeply.
The rivers teach us to flow.
The mountains teach us stillness.
The seasons remind us that nothing is meant to remain unchanged.

Spiritually, nature can become a mirror reflecting back the parts of ourselves we have forgotten.

When we slow down enough to listen, we may feel something ancient stirring within us. A remembering. A sense that we belong here, not as owners of the Earth, but as kin to all living things.

✨️To connect with nature is to reconnect with ourselves.

✨️To honour the Earth is to honour the spirit within us.

✨️ To walk gently upon the land is to remember that we are part of something far greater than ourselves.

This afternoon I found myself sitting beneath a gorgeous oak tree over in Callender park. ✨️🌞

A few minutes before this I found myself rushing, worrying if I had enough time to make my afternoon appointment, worrying about parking, blah blah. After a few minutes of recognising the negative thought pattern. I plonked myself down on the grass felt the sun on my skin and the warmth in my heart watching my dogs run and have fun chasing each other.

As if by magic my afternoon played out much more flowly. I made my appointment, found a parking space, I even found time to enjoy a pumpkin spice latte. 😋
Thank you for your wisdom Mr wise oak tree 🌳✨️

September — A Sacred Return Within ✨🍂

September arrives with a gentle invitation to slow down, to breathe, and to return to ourselves.

As the seasons begin to shift, yoga and meditation remind us that healing is not always about becoming something different. Sometimes, healing is about releasing what no longer serves us and remembering who we truly are. 🤍

🧘‍♀️ Through yoga, we soften the body, open the heart and create space for energy to flow. With every breath and every movement, we come home to ourselves.

🧘‍♀️ Through meditation, we quiet the noise of the outside world and listen to the stillness within. In that sacred space, we may find clarity, peace and a deeper connection to our inner wisdom.

The trees do not fear letting go of their leaves.
They trust that what is released makes room for what is to come. 🍁

Perhaps September is asking you to do the same.

Release.
Breathe.
Trust.
Heal.
Begin again. 🌙✨

May this month bring you back to your breath, your body, your spirit — and the quiet wisdom that has always lived within you.

To all you incredible ladies out there juggling so much. Do you spend so much time looking after everyone else? When was the last time you truly paused for you? 🧘‍♀️✨

Between work, family, endless to-do lists and everything in between, it’s easy to feel like your mind is constantly “on”.

A calming yoga class gives you permission to slow down, breathe deeply and come back to yourself. 🤍

✨ Quiet the busy mind
✨ Release built-up stress and tension
✨ Create space to breathe and reset
✨ Improve your mood and emotional wellbeing
✨ Feel more grounded, present and connected
✨ Reconnect with your inner self and your own energy
✨ Leave feeling calmer, lighter and more at peace

Sometimes we get so caught up in doing, that we forget simply to be.

Yoga gives you that little pocket of stillness — a chance to turn inward, listen to your breath and reconnect with the part of you that can get lost amongst the busyness of everyday life. 🌙

You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to be experienced.
And you definitely don’t need to have everything figured out.

Just come along exactly as you are. Wear comfy clothes to move around in. Bring a yoga mat and blanket. I have spare mats if required.

I found my first hag stone over at Crail at the weekend.

Found by nature and shaped by time, the hag stone carries an ancient kind of magic. Its naturally formed hole is believed to be a doorway — a little window between the seen and unseen.

Traditionally, looking through a hag stone was said to reveal hidden things, protect against negative energy, and connect us more deeply to the mysteries of the natural world.

To me, it is a gentle reminder that not everything has to be explained. Some things are simply meant to be felt. 🍃✨

May you always find the magic hiding in plain sight, trust what your intuition reveals, and remember that even the smallest opening can become a doorway to something greater.
