Hosted by Barbour Coaching, join us and many others at Gisborough Hall Hotel from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM for an evening filled with valuable insights and practical tools to help you embrace menopause with confidence and vitality.

The event will feature guest speakers, a raffle supporting the Breaking Waves charity, delicious menopause-friendly food, and professional advice from experts, including our very own MSK & Women’s Health Physiotherapist, Hannah, who will be on hand to answer all your physiotherapy questions.
