Today we came together for our Annual General Meeting — a great opportunity to reflect, celebrate our achievements and, most importantly, look ahead to what’s next. 🙌

We were delighted to have clients and employers present to share their stories and journeys, highlighting the positive impact of our work and the importance of partnership and support. Their experiences were truly inspiring and brought our mission to life. đź’™

A huge thank you to our staff, trustees, partners and everyone who continues to support the work we do. Together, we’re making a real difference and helping people move forward with their lives and employment.

📣 Essex Employers – Could You Offer an Apprenticeship Opportunity?

We’re looking to connect with local businesses who may be interested in taking on an apprentice and giving someone the opportunity to develop their skills and experience within the workplace.

We are currently supporting individuals who are keen and ready to start an apprenticeship, including those interested in Business Administration and a range of other roles.

The good news is that support may be available to help arrange and fund the apprenticeship training, meaning businesses don’t necessarily have to navigate the apprenticeship process alone.

By getting involved, you could:

✨ Give someone a valuable opportunity to start their career
✨ Develop a motivated new member of your team
✨ Help someone gain recognised skills and qualifications
✨ Receive support with the apprenticeship process and training

We would love to hear from businesses across Essex who may have an opportunity available or would simply like to find out more about how it could work.

You don’t need previous Trustee experience—just a passion for making a difference and a willingness to share your skills and experience.
