A little sneak peek into what is going to be a wholesome, nourishing lunch. It may not look like much at the moment but before your eyes lays a fabulous Buddha bowl with the option to either dress it in a lime and cashew cream or an avocado Green Goddess sauce. 🥑✨

This is just a small taste of the love that we pour into each and every retreat we run, from the food, Yoga, Pilates, and creative workshops. We truly put our heart and soul into every aspect of this experience.❤️✨

Here’s a little snippet of what we got up to at the 🚜☀️

We had such an amazing time at the show, it will be never forget! What a wonderful opportunity to connect with some truly lovely people, from all ages & backgrounds

We are really trying to debunk the idea that in order to do yoga you need to be flexible or super spiritual, what is really about is helping you to feel good in your body!

Over the 2 days we helped a variety of different people with different issues, from soldiers with bad backs to skaters with sciatica! Showing yoga really is for everyone 🫶🏼

Thank you to our amazing team of volunteers who without you this wouldn’t be possible!
