A few pics from our special evening in this special place! I was amazed that people came from Plymouth and Ivybridge to join our session, as well as lots of lovely locals. A really wonderful group. I’ll be honest, I felt a little tired today and this group energised me, and reminded me of how lucky we are to have access to this magical place!
I didnt get many photos, and none of yoga as I was too busy teaching!
What a beauty of a night.
Thanks to Charlie, Tom and Ella for the water safety and taking the group on a guided swim in the light of the rising full moon .watersafety

Date change due to weather forecast changing ! Now this event is on Friday 29th as we have lower wind, clear skies, AND the amazing addition of Sian from .holistic ‘s mobile sauna tent !! Whilst not an official part of the event, she is kindly coming along to share her warmth by way of hot sauna !!! Book now, as with this toasty option the last few tickets will likely go fast !

The weather and conditions are TOO amazing not to do this!!! Sunset silent disco beach yoga AND a guided full moon swim…….This Saturday come and join for an EPIC evening of magic. It’s a rare opportunity to enjoy sunshine, warm weather, westerly wind (calm sea), AND the magic of the sun setting just 7 minutes apart from the moon rise over the ocean. It’s a full moon on Sunday morning which means when it rises on Saturday evening it will be 98% illuminated !!! What a special moment- here’s what I have in store for you (and book fast as these spots will go quick!)
- 7.15pm - optional walk together from Torcross to memorial car park along the old road (or just meet there and skip the walk)
8.00-9.15pm - a special and immersive silent disco beach yoga class by the sea as the sun goes down (sunset is 9.16pm)
9.30pm - Charlie and his lifeguard crew from .watersafety will take us on a professionally guided lunar swim in the light of the full moon! The moon rises at 9.09pm.
10pm - bring your own flasks of cocoa, and enjoy a hot drink and a campfire before heading home
