🚨 Missed Appointments Matter 🚨
In April alone, 174 appointments were missed due to patients not attending.
We understand that things can come up unexpectedly — but if you can no longer attend, please let us know. This allows us to offer your appointment to another patient who may need it urgently.
✅ You can cancel easily by:
• Replying to your reminder text
• Calling the surgery
• Leaving a message on our cancellation line
• Visiting us in person
📩 Patients who miss an appointment may receive a text message to inform them of their non-attendance.
💙 Every missed appointment is time that could have helped someone else.
Let’s work together to reduce waiting times for everyone.

They are only possible thanks to the dedication of researchers, healthcare professionals, and—most importantly—the volunteers and patients who take part.💙
