We head out of our Care Team this week and over to our Admin Manager. Our Ancillary team are an integral part of the Home and it is lovely when families recognise those that are not directly involved in the care side of Gledhow.
Managing resident finances is part of Jayne's role, along with supporting Rita & Charlene, managing the staffing levels; amongst many other tasks. Jayne actively supports all areas of the Home; families, residents, the team and external visitors. Jayne is a sounding board for anyone that comes into the Home and will have tissues or good brew ready if you need!
Jayne takes an active interest in our residents' preferences & wellbeing and has been the driving force behind projects in the Home, such as the recently opened Train Experience; where she wanted to take residents back to the golden age of steam and immerse themselves in that memory.
Jayne actively listens to the team and our residents and she will personalise experiences where she can. We think that is person-centered care in action!
