Resident's enjoyed a visit from lincoln college students this afternoon to perform their pantomime aladin. Everyone said they really enjoyed their afternoon having a good sing song together. 🎶😃

Some of the residents had a lovely evening out last night to Southside Lincoln to their commuter jazz event to watch Thom Whitworth Trio 🎶 The music, venue and staff were amazing, they were so accommodating as reserved a lovely area for us to enjoy. We look forward to returning soon 😊

Residents enjoyed a sing song yesterday with visiting entertainer Marchello 🎶 it was a fun morning singing along and some getting up and having a dance which was wonderful to see. 😃

The residents did some garden crafts this week by painting and decorating display tiles for the garden, each one has the name of the flowers that gardener Georgina has placed around the rear garden so you can spot the flowers and learn the correct latin name.
Colin has also decorated our bulb and seed donation box that can be found at the front door of the home, so please if anyone has bulbs, seeds and any clipping of plants we would love to receive them. 🌷😃🌸🎨

What a fun filled afternoon we had today 🪄 Magic Merlin visited the home to do a fantastic magic show and teach the residents some circus skills. Lots of laughter was had when receiving their chosen balloon props 🎈 we had a sword, parrot, dog and even a plane with pilot. Micheal did a great job getting everyone involved and trying some new skills with juggling and plate spinning. 😃

We enjoyed another gardening session this morning for national gardening week but this time it was spent in our beautiful rear garden in the sun. Sewing a variety of herbs, more sweet peas and we all planted a sunflower seed as a little competition to see who’s will grow the biggest, so keep your eyes out for them 🌻 😊
