🌍 HAPPY WORLD PHYSIOTHERAPY DAY!
So grateful to be a Physiotherapist and to have the opportunity to help people from all walks of life overcome pain, improve their mobility, and get back to doing the things they love.
The last 23 years of clinical practice have been an incredible journey.
I’ve had the privilege of working with so many people — listening to their stories, understanding their challenges, helping them through their recovery, and, just as importantly, learning from every patient along the way.
For me, physiotherapy has always been about more than treating pain or an injury. It is about empowering people — helping them understand their body, rebuild confidence in movement, become stronger, and return to the activities that matter to them.
From everyday patients to recreational and professional athletes, every journey is different, and being able to play a small part in their recovery continues to make this profession incredibly rewarding.
After 23 years, I’m still learning, evolving and passionate about helping people move better.
Proud to be a Physiotherapist. 💙
Happy World Physiotherapy Day to all my colleagues around the world!
